Chief magistrate William Thomas will once again offer free weddings on Valentine’s Day in his courtroom. The entire docket Monday, Feb. 14 will be dedicated to nuptials done in conjunction with Maxine Gibson of Goggans Florist. Ceremonies are scheduled at half hour intervals. ’These are joyous occasions tastefully done at no cost to the couples,’ Judge Thomas said. Couples must acquire a valid marriage license from the probate court during regular business hours prior to getting hitched. To schedule your ceremony, call 770-358-5154.
