Mrs. Katherine Geiger, 84, and Mr. Collier Geiger, 85, of 501 Atlanta St., Barnesville, Ga., transitioned on Saturday and Tuesday at their residence. Funeral Services were held on Friday Jan. 23, 2015 at 1 p.m. at the East Mount Sinai Baptist Church. Pastor Jimmy Lyons officiated and interment was held in Lamar Memory Gardens. Trice Funeral Home Inc. of Barnesville was in charge of all professional services. They leave to carry on their legacy their two daughters Mrs. Loraine (Larry) Smith of Jonesboro, Ga., and Mrs. Brenda (Jackie) Jackson of Warner Robins, Ga.; two sons, Mr. Charles Andrew (Angelyn) Geiger Sr. and Mr. Charlie James Geiger; a grandson they raised as their own, Mr. Brish Burke, all of Barnesville; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; two sisters and sisters-in-law, Mrs. Jessie (Willie) Underwood and Mrs. Jean (James) White, both of Barnesville; four brothers and brothers-in-law, Mr. George E. (Pat) Harp Jr. of McDonough, Mr. John E. (Gladys) Harp, Mr. Charles (Jackie) Harp, Mr. Marvin (Lillie) Harp, all of Barnesville; sister and sister-in-law, Ms. Lois Smith of Cleveland, Ohio; a devoted friend Ms. Barbara Warner of Barnesville; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends who all will miss her presence.
