Barry and Stephanie Elder announce the birth of their daughter Kinsleigh Rae Elder at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2010 at Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale. She weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces and was 20 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Jim and Donna Boyd of Milner. Paternal grandparents are David and Rhonda Elder of Griffin.
