Hugh Harding Kiser, 90, of Milner died Monday, April 4, 2011. Services will be held Thursday, April 7, at 2 p.m. in Milner United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends at Williams Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 6, from 6-8 p.m.
