The proposed work includes the lowing of an exposed 10-inch-diameter propane pipeline across Potato Creek via conventional trenching techniques. The conventional trench will impact approximately 31 linear feet of vegetative stream buffer within Dixie Pipeline Company’s existing right-of-way. The project area is located southeast of the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 41 and Potato Creek which is approximately 2.7 miles northeasterly of Milner, Georgia in Lamar County. Copies of the application can be seen by the public at the Lamar County Building and Zoning Office, 408 Thomaston Street, Barnesville, GA. The public is invited to comment on this permit request for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication.
