Lamar County is drying out after storms overnight Tuesday-Wednesday dumped two to four inches of rain on the community.
There were a few trees down but the main problem was localized flooding due to drains clogged with fallen leaves and litter.
City of Barnesville employee Lavant Lyons was busy cleaning drains to alleviate localized flooding in town Wednesday morning.
