A local man was indicted by the September term Lamar County grand jury on 28 counts of sexual exploitation of children. John Ray Scheu, 45, of 261 Zellner Rd. allegedly downloaded 14 sexually explicit videos involving minors to his computer with the intention of distributing them to others.
