School superintendent Dr. Bill Truby reported at 8:45 p.m. Thursday that Lamar schools will be closed Friday due to weather. St. George’s Episcopal School in Milner is also closed for the day. Weather conditions are deteriorating and tomorrow’s forecast is dicey.
