The early bond hearing outside open court was not explained. Lenhart is charged with first degree vehicular homicide, hit and run and failure to maintain lane for striking Anderson earlier this month on Hwy. 36 West near T.J. Outfitters, then leaving the scene. Security video at the convenience store reportedly shows Lenhart leaving his vehicle, looking at Anderson and leaving the scene of the late night incident March 1. Anderson’s body was spotted early March 2 by passersby and reported to authorities. Lenhart was released from the Lamar jail March 15.
