Jimmy Burnette rolled out his classic 1931 Ford Model A for a ride around town early on a snowy Sunday morning. Lamar County received 1-2.5 inches of snow with the lightest amounts in the northwest part of the county and the heaviest in the southeast.
By mid-morning, the sun was coming out and the rare treat was already melting.
