The Heart Surgical Utility Vehicle will be providing a low cost spay/neuter clinic hosted by the Dolly Goodpuppy Society, Inc on Wednesday, July 6 at Ingles. S.U.V. is a program of the Atlanta Humane Society and is provided by the support of the Holland M.
