Spalding sheriff Wendell Beam and his investigators are working the case of a man who was shot while walking on Hallmark Dr. Tuesday night Beam said the man was walking at approximately 9:50 p.m. when someone in a passing vehicle shot at him about five times. The man was shot once in the hand and taken to Spalding Regional Hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
