A 32-year-old Milner man was tasered twice Saturday morning, Jan. 11, after fighting with Milner police officer Jerry Rafferzeder following a traffic stop on Ga. They may not be republished or disseminated in any form or format – including social media – without explicit permission. ********************* Rafferzeder called for backup, Lamar deputies and Barnesville police responded and Andre Pare Palmer of 312 Steele Road was arrested after being tasered. Officers on the scene reported Palmer had fled another traffic stop about a month ago. Palmer also has been known to live at Barnesville Motel. He went to jail charged with driving with a suspended license, obstruction and possession of marijuana.
