Mary Johnson Pulliam obituary

Mrs. Mary Frances Johnson Pulliam, age 81, of Barnesville passed away on Oct. 9, 2012 in a Macon healthcare facility. Mrs. Pulliam was born in Thomaston to the late Mr. Cleveland LeRoy Johnson and to the late Mrs. Julia Irene Clark Johnson. She was a retired bookkeeper and a member of the First Baptist Church of Barnesville. Survivors include a daughter, Pamela Swift (and Walter) of Flowery Branch; four grandchildren, Carrie Meadows (and Rob), Callie Bupp (and Mike), Anna Ward (and Jeremy) and Lyn Swift; five great-grandchildren, Morgan Meadows, Michael Meadows, Caroline Ward, Jake Ward and Hunter Ward; a half-sister, Beverly Hall;and two half-brothers, Bobby Pugh and Butch Johnson. Other family members also survive. A Memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, Oct.13, 2012 at 5 p.m. from the chapel of Williams Funeral Home. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012 from 3 p.m. until the service hour. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Barnesville’s Children’s Building, 200 Zebulon Street, Barnesville, Ga., 30204.
