Three Rivers Commission has noticed local governments about a Development of Regional Impact proposed for a 691-acre site on High Falls Park and Chappell Mill roads. Chapel Mill Industrial Park, LLC. hopes to develop the tract which is owned by Brutz English, Mac English and the estate of John English.
According to the DRI, the developer proposes to erect 12 buildings totaling 7,882,600 square feet and seeks to change the zoning from AR (agricultural-residential) to a mix of M2 (manufacturing) and C2 (highway commercial).
