The Trojans Dugout Club will hold a Meet The Trojans Banquet at 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16, in the middle school cafeteria. The featured speaker will be David Beasley, head baseball coach at Berry College in Rome. High school baseball coach Greg Williams, junior varsity baseball coach) Dave McKenna, middle school baseball coach Jay Davis and Diamond Girls coordinator Krista Westbury will introduce their 2009 players. Door prizes will include a navigation system and baskets filled with an assortment of gift items. Diamond Trojans baseball apparel ‘“ sweatshirts, hoodies, tee-shirts, beanies and hats ‘“ will be available for purchase. Tickets include dinner and one ticket for prize drawings. Extra tickets for drawings will be available at the door. Coaches, baseball players and Diamond Girls will get free meals.
