Three people have been arrested and a fourth is being sought as a result of a recent sting operation by the Lamar sheriff’s office targeting methamphetamine dealers, according to Major Brad White. One man was caught red-handed making meth in his backyard. Two women were caught with 15 grams of finished product. Arrested were Kenneth Wayne Jones, 44; Mindy Jai Howard, 21; and Rachael Hamilton. A third woman, Lisa Faye Smith, is on the run.
