Timonica Holmes has been chosen to play in the Middle Georgia All Star Classic in Macon, Georgia at Westside High School, Saturday March 21, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. She was chosen as one of the best players in the middle Georgia area and will represent Lamar County High School proudly. Tickets are $10 and includes the boys and girls all star games, 3 point contests and dunk contests. This season, Timonica scored 490 points, averaging 19.6 points per game, 5 assists and 5 rebounds. She has been offered a full scholarship to Middle Georgia College. Middle Georgia Lady Warriors have a strong basketball program winning their Region and are currently in Kansas as they advanced to the 2009 NJCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championship.
