A man who formerly lived in Milner has been arrested in connection with two incidents in which he exposed himself to a woman walking her dog in Griffin. Jerid Ronald Fielder, 23, was arrested Thursday after the victim picked him out of a photo lineup. The incidents happened on Feb. 17 and 20. The victim got her assailant’s tag number during the second incident. Milner administrator Harold Wilson said Fielder has not lived in Milner for a year and a half.
