A 33-year-old Milner man was arrested Feb. 27 on weapons charges. Jason Blackwell of 212 Steele Rd. was arrested after deputies responding to a burglary call at his residence encountered the suspect carrying a weapon. The deputies recognized him as a convicted felon and made the arrest. Blackwell has two convictions in Walton County for serious injury by motor vehicle. Officers seized one Glock pistol, two shotguns and a rifle from Blackwell.
