The investigation into the Milner city council by LCSO investigators and GBI agents is expected to continue through this week and into next week, according to sheriff Brad White. ’We are still trying to talk to all the people we set out to talk to and some who have come forward,’ the sheriff said. Towaliga circuit district attorney Jonathan Adams called for the investigation which began May 18. The district attorney plans to pass on his findings on to a grand jury if criminal activity is found.
