Missing Lamar juveniles Rhiannon Nicole Smith, 12, and Joseph Wassill, 16, were located Saturday night in Tennessee, according to chief deputy Brad White of the Lamar sheriff’s office. The couple left the area in a stolen van. They had been saving up money for some time to make their break. “This was all planned,” White said. More on this story as it develops.
