Beulah Ogletree, like her husband, has died without seeing the person or persons responsible for her daughter’s killing brought to justice.Mrs. Ogletree, 84, died Thursday at Heritage Inn nursing home in Barnesville.She was the mother of Donna Johnson who was brutally murdered here in 1984. The case lay dormant for years until the investigation file was dusted off by former sheriff Joe Buice and investigator Steve Burge.They drew the interest of the Vidocq Society whose investigators identified a suspect who was not prosecuted.In recent months, the cold case has drawn the interest of ABC News.Visitation: Saturday, May 8, 2-3 p.m., Williams Funeral Home.Funeral: Saturday, May 8, 3 -.m., Williams Funeral Home.
