Several people were injured – one seriously – when a small pickup hit a tree on Burnette Road Tuesday night. The driver of the pickup – possibly an extended cab Ford Ranger – lost control in the rain, spun out and hit a tree. The crash was worked by GSP troopers. Sheriff Brad White said there were three adults and one child in the truck and that all three adults were injured with one in very serious condition. Paramedics on the chaotic scene near the Barnesville city limits said up to four or five people were transported to the Medical Center in Macon. More to follow…
