The murder cases of Lekievius T. Eleby, Bryce A. Smith and Shamiek Jamilahad Spinks have been continued until after the June term of Superior court. The trio each face charges of two counts felony murder, armed robbery, burglary, two counts aggravated assault, three counts false imprisonment, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, tampering with evidence and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. The charges stem from the shooting death of Gordon College student Danavan Bussey, who was killed in a home-invasion style attack Dec. 6. They are accused of bursting into a college house party and trying to rob the 10 to 12 people there. In the process Bussey, 21, was shot.
