The Herald-Gazette has gotten multiple calls regarding a helicopter hovering over Redbud Drive and Country Kitchen Road Friday night. Preliminary contact with law enforcement indicates the chopper is not airborne on behalf of either the Lamar sheriff’s office or the Barnesville Police Department. UPDATE: Investigator Al Moltrum of the BPD says officers worked a domestic dispute on Redbud Dr. but it had nothing to do with the chopper. So… Post your observations please…
