Nadine Darden Torbert, 69, of Milner passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024.
Nadine was born in Griffin, Georgia on November 24, 1954. Her parents, Grover and Flora Darden, and brother Grover Darden, Jr all preceded her in death. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Barnesville.
She is survived by husband, Johnny Torbert; daughter, Lisa Piper (Donald); grandchildren, Christopher A. Piper, Kelly Piper (Amy), Christopher Lee Piper (Jessie); 9 great grandchildren, Kyle, Gracie, Isaiah, Makinsley, Chandler, Hudson, Leland, Jayla, and Kysmic; brother, Radine (Patty) Darden; sister, Hazel (Charles) Faulkner; several nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
A visitation will be Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Barnesville First Baptist Church. Followed by a funeral service in the Sanctury. Pastor Jason Teal will officiate.
