Ingredients: 3 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1 small garlic clove Coarse salt and ground black pepper 2 strip steaks Directions: Combine butter, parsley and garlic in a small bowl and chill until almost firm. Preheat grill to high heat. Salt and pepper both sides of the steaks. Grill to your likeness. When you remove the steaks from the grill, divide the compound butter and place on top.
