Rhoda Rowland, DUI (drugs): failed to appear, bench warrant issued. Terrell M. Tidwell, obtaining dangerous drugs by fraud: 12 months probation. Betty Ann Wilson, theft by taking: five years probation, $1000 fine plus surcharges under first offender act. Joann Wilson, battery: failed to appear, bench warrant issued. Marcus Leonardo Harp, theft by taking: 12 months probation, $1000 fine plus surcharges. Jerrel Alexander Murphy, theft by taking: 12 months probation, $1000 fine plus surcharges. Sandra Hill, VGCSA (sale of controlled substance) and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute: not prosecuted. Betty Wallace, VGCSA (sale of controlled substance), use of communications device to facilitate a felony and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute: five years probation, $2500 fine plus surcharges under first offender act. Raymond Lepeno Dallas, simple battery: not prosecuted. Kenneth Garrett Belcher, DUI, weaving over roadway and failure to stop at stop sign: failed to appear, bench warrant issued. William Henry Parker, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana: three years probation, intensive probation, $1000 fine plus surcharges.
