Giant Mart has loose potatoes for .69 lb.Ingredients:3 pounds potatoes, peeled1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons kosher salt1 1/2 cups milk (I prefer 2%)1/4 pound unsalted butter1/2 cup sour cream1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepperDirections:Boil the potatoes with 1 tbsp. salt. Drain when tender.In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter.Using an electric mixer, blend the potatoes. Slowly add the milk and butter to the potatoes, mixing on the lowest speed. Fold in the sour cream, parmesan cheese and the remaining salt and pepper; taste for seasoning and serve. If the potatoes are too thick, add more hot cream and butter.
