Club owner Tommy Lee Davis was arrested. Davis, 52, resides at 814 Gordon Road. He was charged with sale of alcohol without a license and allowing his premises to be used for the unlawful sale of alcohol. The club was also raided Jan. 26 after an undercover drug buy was made there. At that time, Davis was charged with permitting another to violate state law. The club was also raided in 2010. The City of Barnesville is expected to revoke Davis’ business license and force closure of the club which has drawn multiple complaints from neighbors. Editor’s note: One of the club’s perturbed neighbors has spoken out in a letter to the editor. See page the 2.28.2012 print edition edition of The Herald-Gazette for his remarks.
