Multiple pets have been displaced by last week’s tornado. Many have been found and taken to the Barnesville Animal Clinic where Drs. Pam and Mark Korb are nearly out of space. You can help by taking spare dog crates to them for additional holding areas. An effort is being mounted to save the pets and reunite them with their owners. It involves city and county animal control, the Korbs, Dr. Mark Hocking of South 40 Kennels, the Chamber of Commerce, the Dolly Goodpuppy Society and The Herald-Gazette.We hope to soon have an online slideshow of found pets so owners can see them all in one place. They will be treated and housed until their owners are found.Meanwhile, here are your resources:Animal Control: 770.358.0181.Barnesville Animal Clinic: 770.358.3763.South 40 Kennels: 770.358.2490Dolly Goodpuppy: http://www.dollygoodpuppy.orgChamber of Commerce: 770.358.5884The Herald-Gazette: 770.358.NEWS
