Greg Burgner, pastor of Williamson United Methodist Church in Pike County, was seriously injured in a traffic accident Sunday. Burgner was driving his vintage Karmann Ghia when it was struck by an SUV. He was lifeflighted to the trauma center at Grady Hospital in Atlanta with massive chest injuries. His wife, Ruth, is at his side but is struggling. The Burgners are now on multiple prayer lists in the area.
