Between Saturday, May 16, and Friday, May 29, the Barnesville police department made three arrests:Kelly Piper, 152 McKneely Rd., Barnesville, DUI and expired tag;Bobby Robert, 408 Woodall St., Barnesville, battery and cruelty to children;Robtavious Ross, 627 Greenwood St., Barnesville, driving while unlicensed. Officers answered 69 calls for service including nine accidents, seven alarms, one EMS assist, 10 building security checks, one damage to property, two disturbances, two domestics, 10 escorts, two forgeries, one fraud, two gas drive offs, one harassment, one juvenile complaint, six miscellaneous, one noise complaint, eight suspicious persons/vehicles, four thefts and one welfare check. They issued 21 citations including one DUI, one driving while unlicensed, one expired tag, two no license on person, seven seat belt violations and nine speeding.
