Police report

Between Friday, May 29, and Friday, May 5, the Barnesville police department made two arrests:Samson Shepard, 425 E. Northwood Dr., Griffin, failure to appear;Joseph Williams, address unknown, Zebulon, arrested for Zebulon.Officers answered 107 calls for service including three accidents, 12 alarms, one EMS assist, 15 building security checks, one burglary, four damage to property, six disturbances, three domestics, 23 escorts, three fights, two fraud, two identity theft, one juvenile complaint, four miscellaneous, one mislaid property, two noise complaints, one prowler, one shoplifting, 13 suspicious persons/vehicles, one terroristic threat, two thefts, one welfare check and five 911 hang-ups. They issued 17 citations including one driving while license expired, one improper turn, four seat belt violations and 11 speeding.
