Police Report

Between Saturday, Jan. 5, and Friday, Jan. 11, the Barnesville police department made five arrests: Darringer Harris, 27, 124 Park Place, Barnesville, false report of a crime; Jason Moss, 41, P.O. Box 26, Sardis Street, Barnesville, tag light violation and DUI; Kamilla Hughley, 34, 234 Mill St., Barnesville, speeding and DUI; James Traylor, 67, 116 Carey James Buckner, Barnesville, DUI; Reginald Wilson, 21, 632 Greenwood St., Barnesville, failure to maintain lane, DUI, speeding and no license on person. Officers answered 97 calls for service including three fights, one animal complaint, two juvenile complaints, one criminal trespass, one open door, two burglaries, six domestics, one fraud, 10 foot patrols, 11 suspicious persons/vehicles, one suicide attempt, five speeding, seven accidents, one DUI, nine escorts, three alarms, three damage to property and two school crossing duty. They issued 21 citations including one no license on person, 13 speeding, one running red light, four DUIs, one failure to maintain lane and one tag light violation.
