Between Monday, June 30, and Saturday, July 6, the Barnesville police department made eight arrests:Santanio Johnson, 32, 1211 Boone St., Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and disorderly conduct;Douglas White, 59, 106 Community House Rd., Barnesville, battery;Curtis Williams, 52, 103 11th St., Barnesville, giving false information to officer and possession of cocaine;Preston Moore, 55, 116 12th St., Barnesville, criminal trespass;Jamorris Cole, 22, 368 Hwy. 36, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Tokisha Walker, 27, 927 Willow Wind Apts., Barnesville, obstruction;Levi Brooks, 50, 116 12th St., Barnesville, criminal trespass;Tony Wilkerson, 30, 167 Lanett Cir., Barnesville, DUI alcohol less safe.Officers answered 57 calls for service including one fight, one fireworks, one loud music, one criminal trespass, one burglary, four domestics, three foot patrols, 13 suspicious persons/vehicles, one suicide attempt, one traffic light out, seven escorts, one civil matter and four alarms.They issued eight citations including one leash law violation, one expired tag, one possession of marijuana, one DUI, two criminal trespass, one disorderly conduct and one obstruction of an officer.
