Here are the last two weeks’ police reports: Between Saturday, Sept. 28, and Saturday, Oct. 5, the Barnesville police department made 11 arrests: Desmond Johnson, 21, 8597 Thomaston Rd., Macon, improper U-turn and DUI; Devin Bradley, 19, 2381 Wellburn Hills Place, Lithonia, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Jamal Williams, 21, 1156 Timberlake Ct., Riverdale, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Gerald Pierre, 20, 2955 Highland Park Cir., Lithonia, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Brian Childress, 42, 4579 Dogwood Stand, Hartford, Tenn., simple battery; Adam Allen, 26, 1972 Wilson Rd., Linwood, N.C., obstruction; Christopher Justus, 30, 821 Painer Creek Rd., Bristol, Tenn., obstruction; Maurice Stewart, 23, 124 Poplar Pointe Terr., Griffin, operating a vehicle with a learner’s permit; Bradley Jones, 43, 1681 Barnesville Rd., Griffin, DUI refusal; Courtney DFish, 38, 200 Washington St., Barnesville DUI alcohol; Kenneth Fields, 20, 201 Fairview Point, Ellenwood, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Officers answered 26 calls for service including one animal complaint, one subject with firearm, three foot patrols, one suspicious person/vehicle, two speeding, one accident, two escorts, two alarms, one damage to property and two wanted or stolen. They issued 22 citations including four possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, one driving while license suspended or revoked, one driving with learner’s permit, two speeding, two DUIs, five failure to stop, two simple battery, one giving false name, one public drunk and three obstruction. Between Saturday, Oct. 5, and Saturday, Oct. 12, the Barnesville police department made four arrests: Bradley Jones, 43, 1681 Barnesville Rd., Griffin, DUI refusal; Victoria Wright, 19, 305 Taylor St., Barnesville, disorderly conduct; Tammy Miller, 44, 222 Mill St., Barnesville, probation violation; Emily Rowland, 25, 229 Harrell Cir., Barnesville, obstructing or hindering an investigation. Officers answered 55 calls for service including two fights, one animal complaint, two thefts, five foot patrols, four suspicious person/vehicles, 11 speeding, three accidents, seven escorts, three alarms, one harassing phone call and one mental subject. They issued 61 citations including one animal at large, three possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, three expired drivers licenses, two no name or address change on license, one improper turn, one improper lane change, 30 speeding, one running red light, one driving on the wrong side of street, two one way traffic violations, one following too closely, 10 failure to stop at sign, one tag light violation, one window tint violation, one child safety seat violation, one seat belt violation, one disorderly conduct, one obstruction and one tampering with utilities.
