Between Monday, March 24, and Sunday, March 30, the Barnesville police department made five arrests:Denarious Lockhart, 20, 419 College Dr., Barnesville, driving while license suspended or revoked;Marquis Jackson, 32, 125 Vine St., Gray, driving without a license;Quintin Willis, 24, 502 Woodland Dr., Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Robert McLendon, 19, 644 Hampton Rd., Hampton, DUI under age 21;Karmick Causey, 26, 3364 Hamlin Rd., Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.Officers answered 124 calls for service including one fight, one animal complaint, five domestics, 17 foot patrols, 13 suspicious persons/vehicles, four speeding, three accidents, one intoxicated pedestrian, 13 escorts, eight alarms, one damage to property, one improperly parked vehicle and one mental subject. They issued 27 citations including one animal at large, one possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, two obscured tags, one no tag, one driving while license suspended or revoked, one driving without a license, one improper turn, five speeding, three failure to obey traffic control device, one DUI underage, two following too closely, one failure to yield, one headlight violation, one seat belt violation, three open containers and one shoplifting.
