Between Monday, Nov. 3, and Sunday, Nov. 9, the Barnesville police department made four arrests: Latodd Weems, 34, 112 Prices Cir., Grantville, wanted by another agency; Cherie Whitaker, 29, 1214 Shady Lane, Thomaston, driving with a suspended license; Debra Gouchenour, 52, 2113 Steele Rd., Griffin, false imprisonment; Jeffery Bunn, 43, 346 Forsyth St., Barnesville, Barnesville and Upson County warrants. Officers answered 138 calls for service including one fight, five animal complaints, 12 security checks, three thefts, two burglaries, three domestics, 29 foot patrols, 15 suspicious persons/vehicles, four speeding, nine accidents, one ambulance, seven escorts, six alarms, one damage to property and one wanted or stolen. They issued 16 citations including one driving with a suspended license, nine speeding, one failure to obey person directing traffic, one failure to yield, one failure to stop or yield, two child safety seat violations and one criminal trespass.
