Between Sunday, Jan. 18, and Sunday, Jan. 25, the Barnesville police department made two arrests: Quintavious Searcy, 20, 156 Railroad St. Apt. B, Barnesville, forgery; Domonique Raines, 30, 128 Westgate Plaza, Barnesville, Upson County warrant. Officers answered 123 calls for service including one fight, three animal complaints, four security checks, four thefts, one loud music, one burglary, nine domestics, 29 foot patrols, 13 suspicious persons/vehicles, four accidents, two ambulance assists, one intoxicated driver, one hit and run, 13 escorts, one civil matter, six alarms, two damage to property, two harassing phone calls and one 911 hangup. They issued seven citations including one no tag, one expired tag, one driving a commercial vehicle without a license, one no insurance, one ran red light, and two failure to yield.
