Between Monday, March 9 and Monday, March 15, the Barnesville Police Department responded to 135 calls to service, issued six citations and made one arrest. Jamie L. Kelley, 25 of Olivia Lane, Barnesville, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Officers handled two fights, one animal complaint, three security checks, one theft, two shoplifting, one loud music, one burglary, 10 domestic problems, one subject with firearm, 42 foot patrols, nine suspicious person or vehicle reports, stopped eight persons or vehicles, one speed auto, two accidents, 11 convoys or escorts, two civil matters, five alarms activated, one mechanical breakdown, one fire, two damage to property, one harassing phone call, five prisoner pickups and one mental subject. Officers issued two expired tag citations, two speeding citations, one running a red light citation and one disorderly conduct citation.
