Police report

Between Monday, June 1 and Sunday, June 7, 2015 the Barnesville Police Department made three arrests, including:Caleb Turner, 19, 231 Maloy Circle, Griffin, giving false name to officer and obstruction;Christy Sullivan, 24, 893 Veterans Parkway, Barnesville, obstruction;Tammy Sullivan, 44, 893 Veterans Parkway, Barnesville, theft by taking.The Barnesville Police Department answered 90 calls for service, including two animal complaints, 18 security checks, one burglary, five domestics, nine meet in person, 21 foot patrols, 10 suspicious person/vehicle, eight stopping person or vehicle, two suicide or attempt, one license checkpoint, three convoy/escorts, one civil matter, two alarms activated, two damage to property, one special detail, two pickup prisoner/subject, one unwanted person and one lost/mislaid property. Officers issued 14 citations, including one expired tags, one no proof of insurance, one driving with suspended tag, five speeding, two safety belt violations, one giving false name to officer, two obstruction, one theft by taking.
