Police report

Between Monday, June 8 and Sunday, June 14, 2015 the Barnesville Police Department made six arrests, including: Peter King, 56, 1826 Veterans Blvd., Dublin, possession of drug related object and possession of cocaine; Jimmy Freeman, 25, 118 Kate Court, Barnesville, drugs – cocaine, sale/deliver/distribute; Jamorris Cole, 28, 203 Olivia Lane, Barnesville, interfere with 911 call, battery and false imprisonment; James Granum, 36, 864 Thomaston St., Barnesville, DUI, impeding the free flow of traffic and improper turn; Michael Butler, 52, 24 Washington St., Barnesville, failure to stop at stop/yield sign, possession of marijuana and driving while license suspended; Katina Evans, 39, 147 Cameron Circle, Barnesville, permitting unlawful operation of vehicle and disorderly conduct. The Barnesville Police Department answered 109 calls for service, including four fight or disorder, four animal complaints, two thefts, two burglaries, one assist other agency, one follow up to call, 16 meet in person, 32 foot patrol, 12 suspicious person/vehicle, 13 stopping person or vehiclem seven accidents, one ambulance needed, one intoxicated person, three convoy/escort, one bond approval, two civil matters, five alarm activated, two mechanical break down, one fire, one damage to property, one harassing phone call, issued 15 citations including one disorderly conduct, one possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, one permitting unlawful operation of vehicle, one driving while license revoked, one improper left or right turn, one driving with suspended tag, one speeding, one impeding free flow of traffic, one DUI, two failure to stop at stop/yield sign, one giving false name to officer, one disorderly (public drunk), one disorderly person, one prohibited weapons.
