Between Monday, August 22 and Monday, August 29 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests:Zachary McDaniel, 18, 1620 Willis Road, Barnesville, driving while license suspended or revoked;Christopher Cameron, 39, 310 Elm Street, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Anthony Parsons, 30, 256 Railroad Street, Barnesville, disorderly;Bryan Ard, 23, 10 Peacock Street, Barnesville, criminal trespass, first degree damage to property, theft by taking, leaving the scene of an accident with injury/damage and reckless driving. There were 223 calls for service including: four fights, 81 security checks, one theft, three burglaries, three domestics, one fraud, three completing reports, 11 suspicious persons/vehicles, five speeding, three accidents, one intoxicated driver, two hit and runs, 14 escorts, one bond approval, one civil matter, six alarms, three fires, three damage to property, two harassing phone calls, two 911 hangups and one improperly parked vehicle.They issued 18 citations including: one possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, one failure to appear, one expired tag, one driving while license suspended or revoked, one no license on person, five speeding, one failure to stop at stop sign, one driving unsafe/improperly equipped vehicle, one obstructed view, two safety belt violations, one disorderly and two no thru trucks.
