Police report

Between Monday, November 21 and Monday, November 28 the Barnesville Police department made the following arrests: Jeremy Bell, 21, 536 Easton Dr., Locust Grove, driving while licenses suspended or revoked; Jeffrey Lewis, 30, 203 Franklin St., Jackson, possession of methamphetamine. There were 109 calls for service including: two animal complaints, 29 security checks, two loud music, one burglary, five domestics, 14 foot patrols, nine suspicious persons vehicles, four accidents, four escorts, seven alarms, two fires, one harassing phone calls, one 911 hang up and one mental subjects. They issued 20 citations including: one possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, three driving on suspended license, one driving with suspended tag, four speeding, one improper backing, one leaving the scene of an accident, one following too closely, one failure to yield, one failure to stop, one no brake lights and five seatbelt violations.
