Officers answered 96 calls for service including eight accidents, three alarms, 27 building security checks, two burglaries, one crowd control, one damage to property, four disturbances, one domestic, 13 escorts, one fight, 14 miscellaneous, three noise complaints, two prowlers, one stolen vehicle, one suicide attempt, 13 suspicious persons/vehicles, one terroristic threats and two thefts. They issued 56 citations including one contributing to the delinquency, two disorderly conduct, one disorderly house, one driving improperly equipped vehicle, one driving while unlicensed, three failure to stop at stop sign, one giving false information, three loud music, one no insurance, 28 possession of alcohol under age, one possession of marijuana, one racing on highways, one reckless driving, two resisting arrest, one simple battery, seven speeding and one tampering with utilities. Correction Freddie Lee Byrd was not incarcerated as previously reported in last week’s police report.
