Between Saturday, March 11 and Friday, March 17 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests: Curtis O’neal, 52, 231 Washington Street, Barnesville, burglary, public drunkenness, possession/manufacturing of certain controlled substance and criminal trespass; Christopher Corley, 25, 383 Atlanta Street, Barnesville, theft by conversion; Elizabeth Corley, 24, 383 Atlanta Street, Barnesville, theft by conversion. There were 135 calls for service including: three fights, two animal complaints, 47 security checks, one criminal trespass, three burglaries, four domestics, 11 foot patrols, 11 suspicious persons/vehicles, four for speeding, three accidents, two ambulance needed, one intoxicated pedestrian, four escorts, one alarm, one damage to property and one unwanted person. They issued 15 citations including: nine speeding, one failure to maintain lane, one following too closely, one failure to yield, one no tail lights, one seat belt violation and one no thru trucks.
