Between Saturday, June 3 and Monday, June 12 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests:Willie Smith, 72, 108 1/2 B Street, Barnesville, simple battery;Jacob Forman, 22, 15911 Armistead Lane, Odessa, FL, possession of drug related objects and failure to maintain lane;Matthew Stuart, 26, 1650 Mandarin Manor Road, Jacksonville, FL, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and failure to maintain lane;Nehemiah Wilcots, 24, 2011 Arden Avenue, Apt. B214, Highland, CA, giving false name to an officer and public indecency;Summer Rojero, 39, 619 Zebulon Street, Barnesville, failure to maintain insurance and driving without a license;Gerald Rolling, 28, 18 Dape Street, Butler, failure to yield while turning left and driving without a license.There were 224 calls for service including: two fights, five animal complaints, 34 security checks, four thefts, one loud music, one burglary, 14 domestics, 16 foot patrols, 26 suspicious persons/vehicles, eight speeding, six accidents, four ambulances needed, two intoxicated drivers, seven escorts, one civil matter, 17 alarms and two damage to property.They issued 38 citations including: two giving false information to officers, two possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, one public indecency, two driving without a tag, one no tag, one expired tag, two driving without a license, one expired license, one failure to maintain insurance, one move over law, nine speeding, one improper backing, three failure to maintain lane, one failure to yield, one tag light violation, six seat belt violations, one simple battery and two no thru trucks.
