Police report

Between Friday, October 27 and Monday, November 6 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests: Raymond Whatley, 25, 9 3rd Street, Apt. 2B, Barnesville, seatbelt violation and driving on suspended license; Kemon Williams, 18, 2935 Cedar Trace Drive, Ellenwood, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and disorderly conduct; Kenya Shaw, 26, 128 Park Place, Barnesville, disorderly. There were 153 calls for service including: one animal complaint, 30 security checks, four thefts, one missing person, one shoplifting, one loud music, one welfare check, two burglaries, 12 domestics, 16 meet in person, two foot patrols, 14 suspicious persons/vehicles, one suicide/attempt, two accidents, one ambulance needed, one intoxicated driver, nine escorts, three bond approvals, one civil matter, seven alarms, one fire, one damage to property and one harassing phone call. They issued 44 citations including one possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, one tag violation, one expired tag, two driving on suspended license, one no license on person, one expired driver’s license, one no insurance, 12 speeding, one failure to obey traffic control device, four failure to stop, one taillight violation, eight tag light violations, one no operating brake lights, four seatbelt violations, one theft by shoplifting and one disorderly.
